Welcome to NCRC! We are located in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania and function as a premier Public Ice Rink. We offer a variety of Ice availability ranging from public sessions that include Stick and Shoot, Drop In Hockey, Public Skate, and Freestyle skate for public use to Private Rentals for Sports and Birthday Parties.

Upcoming Programs:

Drop in Skating Lessons – May 3 & 17. Cost: $20 – includes family skate, skate rental, and lesson.
Family skate (3:20 – 4:20 pm) and Lesson (4:20 – 5:50 pm). Ages 4 and up, under 4 email
